The Metric of Rest
Recovery performance, not relaxation
Boards do not fund relaxation. They fund measurable capability. So we measure before arrival, and after departure.
The Problem With Wellness
Most executive wellness cannot prove it did anything
Which is precisely why it is the first line cut when budgets tighten. If rest is going to be treated as infrastructure, it has to be measured like infrastructure.
We integrate clinical grade biomarkers and consumer wearables to produce a Recovery Score — a before-and-after picture of what actually changed in a leader’s physiology across the retreat.
That score reframes the entire conversation. You are no longer selling a board on a wellness perk. You are showing them a quantified change in the recovery capacity of one of their most expensive assets.
This is what we mean by Executive Asset Management.
What Gets Measured
Three signals, tracked end to end
Targets are design goals for the protocol, not guaranteed clinical outcomes. Individual results vary. Biomarker collection is opt-in and subject to a privacy and compliance review.
The Deliverable
The Report of Excellence
A personalised dossier delivered one week after departure giving each guest quantitative proof that rest made them a more sustainable leader.
It is the artefact that outlives the retreat: the thing a founder forwards to their board, and the reason a leader books the next cohort before the current one has faded.
Questions
Before you ask
Is this a medical programme?
Ace & Breathe is a wellness and leadership retreat experience led by a triple board certified physician. It is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment from your own physician.
What wearables do you support?
The Recovery Score is designed around commonly used consumer devices such as Oura and Whoop, alongside clinical HRV monitoring during the retreat itself.
Who owns the biomarker data?
You do. Guest health data is collected only with explicit consent, used solely to produce your Report of Excellence, and is never sold or shared with your employer without your written authorisation.
Can a company sponsor a leader's attendance?
Yes. Boards and executive teams can sponsor attendance under our Executive Asset Management path, which reports on aggregate outcomes rather than any individual's private health data.
For Boards & Executive Teams
Treat recovery capacity as an asset on the balance sheet
We run a separate intake for organisations sponsoring leaders, with aggregate outcome reporting and no disclosure of individual health data.
